Chief Stephen Fritz is a Khoi, an indigenous and traditional leader of his people. He is a registered member of the National Khoisan Council and the senior Chief of the South Peninsula Customary Khoisan Council.

Chief Fritz is a community leader, a traditional healer, a public speaker, an environmentalist and a wildlife conservationist.

Chief Fritz is a husband, a father and a grandfather.
